Where are you located and do you have a storefront?

We are located in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. We do not have have an accessible storefront.

I live in the area, do you have a local pickup option?

We do not offer local pickup from our kitchen as it is not open to the public. We do, however, participate in seasonal artisan markets, so subscribe to learn about those opportunities when they arise!

How long will my order stay fresh?

Treats are best enjoyed within 6-8 weeks from opening and will stay fresh for longest when kept sealed and in a temperate environment.

Whats the best way to store items I’ve ordered?

All products are best kept in sealed, airtight containers. Tinned products are best kept in the packaging they arrive in; transfer bagged products to airtight containers after opening or fold down and reseal.

How are your products made? Where do the ingredients come from?

Our products are made by hand in small batches using high quality and organic ingredients whenever possible. Some of our favorite purveyors whose products we use are King Arthur flour, Bob's Red Mill, Murray's Cheese, Beurremont Butter, Burlap & Barrel Spices, Diaspora Co. Spices, Nuts.com, Heilela Vanilla, and Valrhona Chocolate to name a few.

Orders

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Reach out to us via email: orders@laurieellen.com.

I'm having issues placing my order (error message, shipping issue, etc.). What should I do? 

We're sorry you are having a frustrating checkout experience. If you are having issues placing an order for any reason, please email us your order and we'll invoice you a more old fashioned way orders@laurieellen.com. If you could include any screenshots or error messages associated with the issue - this helps us figure out the cause of any problems and keep it from happening again!

When will I receive my order?

Orders will arrive during the delivery window you selected during the checkout process. You will receive shipping information with tracking when your order is processed so you can know more accurately when it will arrive. If you are unsure, please check your email confirmation or reach out to us orders@laurieellen.com.

Do you do large or corporate gift orders?

Yes, absolutely. Please follow the link to our Corporate Gifting page to submit an inquiry and will respond to you as soon as possible.

Shipping and Delivery

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship orders out once a week on Tuesdays to ensure the smoothest transit and freshest product.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Please email us as soon as possible at orders@laurieellen.com if you have not received your order by its expected arrival date.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?

Please let us know so we can remedy the situation immediately by emailing orders@laurieellen.com.

Can I ship orders to different addresses?

Yes. During checkout, click the "ship to multiple addresses" button. You can assign different items to different addresses and even include individualized notes. Separate shipping will be applied for each address. If you're sending multiple items to the same address, shipping will be bundled for that address.

When checkout is complete, you'll get a separate confirmation email for each address. If you have questions, email us at orders@laurieellen.com.

Will you ship outside of the United States?

We can ship to Canada but standard rates apply. Please contact orders@laurieellen.com for more information.
